"Owner is show rude I was looking for my cat vaccination one day back I Talk to her regarding to come for cat vaccination she was so rude however I ignored and next day I went to her clinic when I reached at location and called her, she said its inside a village and car can't come till the clinic. I mentioned I have a 8kg cat and including 5kg cage its almost 13kg she roudly replied u have to walk and she can't do anything. So in case anyone has senior dog or cat I would never recommend to go to this clinic as they are not at all supportive as they neither informed earlier that there clinic is not reachable by car neither they supported by sending any help who can help to carry ur heavy weight dog or cat"
